  2. Welcome To Security 2.70+/Professional.
  3.  
  4. This is a quick documentation on how to run Security.
  5.  
  6. Firstly, you have to add the line SET RA=[Path to BBS drop files]
  7.          Example: SET RA=C:\BBS
  8.  
  9.          Even if your not running RemoteAccess you have to use this environment
  10.          variable otherwise Security will not run at all.
  11.  
  12. Now, You have to make or modify the SEC190.BAT file that comes with Security
  13.      version 1.90 and above to make it suit your setup.

  15. How SECMODE Works.
  16. ------------------

  18. SECMODE CHECK C:\BBS\NODE1\DORINFO1.DEF would simply run Security in Check mode.
  19.                                         
  20. SECMODE LAMER C:\BBS\NODE1\DORINFO1.DEF would run the Lamer Killer program.
  21.  
  22. SECMODE CONFIG C:\BBS\NODE1\DORINFO1.DEF would run the internal config program.
